## Call Campaign Feature
Group follow-up cases into campaigns that call agents can work on collectively
### **How to Access**
Navigate to **Call Center → Campaign** to access the module, manage campaigns, and work on assigned follow-up cases.
### Product Feature
* **Campaign Creation:** Call Supervisors can create campaigns using specific filters, such as branch, days overdue, payment status, and other relevant criteria, to identify the customers requiring follow-up.
* **Case Allocation:** Supervisors can assign follow-up cases to Call Agents for customer outreach and payment follow-up.
* **Call Progress Tracking:** Call Agents and Supervisors can view their assigned cases and monitor the progress and status of each follow-up call.
* **Payment Monitoring:** Users can track payments made by customers during the campaign period, providing better visibility into campaign progress and collection outcomes.
