Workflow Statuses

The Workflow Statuses module is used to define and manage the various stages that a customer’s loan application or collateral goes through within an organization. These statuses help structure business processes and ensure that all stakeholders understand the current position of a loan or collateral item within the approval and disbursement lifecycle

1. Navigate to the Administration Module

2. Under the Administration module, select Workflow Statuses

3. In the top-left corner of the Users screen, click the "+ New Work Flow Status"

1. Fill in the work flow status form and save
