Customer Overview

As a business, it is crucial to manage customer information. The customer module is where the information is created and saved. Within the system, customers are categorized based on the status of their information and approval process.

Customer Status

Status
Description

Incomplete

This status indicates that the customer's information is not fully completed in the registry

Pending Branch Approval

The customer's information has been submitted but is awaiting approval from the branch supervisor

Pending Call Center

The customer's information is awaiting a callback review and approval by the call center

Pending HQ Approval

The customer's information has passed branch and call center reviews and is now pending final approval from the headquarters

Approved

The customer has successfully passed all stages of the review process and is now eligible to take out a loan

Pending Resolution

The customer's information has failed approval due to specific issues identified by any of the reviewers. The case is sent back to the Relationship Officer (RO) to resolve the issues with the customer and resubmit for approval.
