Templates
SMS templates are pre-defined messages designed for common and reusable communication purposes in business contexts.
Navigate to the SMS module within the system interface.
Within the SMS module, locate and click on the "Templates" option.
To create a new template, click on the "+ New Template" button positioned on the top-right corner of the screen.
Fill in the required fields to create the message body. These fields typically include the template name, message content, and any additional settings or parameters.
Drag and drop the available field variables as needed into the message body. Field variables allow for dynamic insertion of recipient-specific information, enhancing personalization and customization of the message content.
After configuring the template to your requirements, click on the "Save" button to store the newly created message template in the system.
