Credit Assesment

The Credit Assessment module is where Field Officers capture and complete customer information related to their personal and business profiles. Within this module, Field Officers can also initiate loan requests and upload the necessary supporting documents.

Creating an Assessment

  1. Navigate to the Loaning module.

  2. Under Loaning, select Credit Assessment.

  3. Click the "+ New Inquiry" button located at the top-left of the screen.

  4. In the Credit Assessment Inquiry form, complete the following sections:

  • Personal Information

  • Location Detail

  • Loan Request Details

  • Assessment Details

  • Borrower's Summary

  • Upload Documents

Personal Information

Select Existing Customer

Choose a registered customer from the system customer migration to pre-fill their details

Date of Inquiry

The date on which the credit assessment inquiry is being initiated

First Name

The customer's given name

Middle Name

The customer's middle name

Last Name

The customer's last name

ID Number

The unique identifier of the customers

Date of Birth

Customers date of birth

Gender

Customers gender

Mobile Number

The customer’s active phone number

Email Address

The customer's valid email address

FB/Messenger

The customer’s Facebook or Messenger contact

Family Members

When entering family member details, ensure that you click the “Add Family Member” button after filling in the required information. This action will add the entry to the Family Members table

Birthdate

The date of birth of the family member

School/Occupation

The current school or occupation held by the family member

Grade/Year

The academic grade or year level of the family member is a student

Tuition/Salary

The amount paid for tuition (if a student) or salary earned (if employed)

Living in the Same Household

A boolean (Yes/No) indicator

Location Details

This section is used to capture the customer’s location details

Town

A populated area within a province, smaller than a city but larger than a village

Subdivision

A legally or administratively defined section within a town

Barangay

The smallest administrative division in the Philippines, equivalent to a neighborhood

Street

The name of the road along which the property is located

Lot No./Block/Zone

Technical identifiers that provide accuracy in property location within subdivisions

Birth Place

The geographical location where the individual was born

Loan Request Details

This section is used to capture the customer's loan details, including the requested amount, repayment terms, and interest information. It also provides a preview of the customer's loan repayment schedule for review before submission

Loan Purpose

The primary reason for which the loan is being applied

Sub loan purpose

A more specific explanation of the loan purpose

Industry

The sector in which the borrower (individual or business) operates

Industry Classification

A standardized description representing the industry

Requested Loan Amount

The amount of money the borrower is requesting from the lender

Payment frequency

The interval at which loan repayments will be made

Loan term

The total duration over which the loan is to be repaid, usually expressed in months or years

Annual interest rate

The nominal interest rate expressed as a percentage per year

Interest rate value

The numerical value of the interest rate applied to the loan per term

Interest rate type

Specifies whether the interest rate is fixed or a percentage

Interest calculation method

The formula used to compute interest on the loan amount

Total interest

The total interest amount payable over the entire loan term based on the loan amount, term, and interest calculation method

Loan description

A text field allowing the bank officer to provide additional details

Assessment details

This section is used to capture the customer's assessment details, including business expenses, liabilities, assets, income sources, and other relevant financial information

Borrowers summary

This section provides a brief narrative describing the customer's background, business activities, and financial behavior. It also outlines the applicable fees associated with the loan

This section displays the list of required documents that are to be uploaded for the customer
