Loan Disbursements

Loan disburser cannot be the same person who originated or approved the loan

The loan disbursement process ensures that approved loans are correctly disbursed to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Loan Disbursement Process

1. Navigate to the Loaning module

2. Under Loaning go to Loan Approvals

3. Click on the "Review" button located in the "Actions" column to open the loan application

1. In the "Actions" tab, evaluate the loan application details and choose to either approve or reject the loan disbursement based on your review

2. Enter a reason for your decision in the remarks field

3. Click the "Submit" button to finalize your decision. If the loan is approved, this will proceed with the disbursement to the customer.
